Luca and Brody
USC Lancaster hosted USC Union for a three-game series on April 18 and 19. Although the Lancers lost the series, they still acquired some standout plays and players of the game.

In game one, the Lancers fell to the Bantams 14-10. Although the Lancers fell short, they had some key players. Two of which are second baseman Zach West and DH Tommy Zimmerman.

West went three for five with one homerun and 3 RBIs. Zimmerman went four for five with one RBI.
Pitcher Luca Tsuru pitched 4.1 innings after coming in for relief and struck out seven bantams while only walking 2.
The Lancer's ended game one with 33 at bats, 14 hits, 10 runs and 8 RBIs.
 
In game two of the weekend series, the Lancers fell to the Bantams again, this time with a score of 13-10.

A few key hitters of the game were catcher Sam Nienow and left field Isaiah Lutz. Nienow went one for one with a three-run homerun and three RBIs. Lutz went two for four with a homerun and two RBIs.

Two more standout hitters were first base Keenan Parker and catcher Brody Sanders. Parker went one for four with a two-run homerun, while Sanders went two for three with a homerun, an RBI and a walk.

Pitcher Franklin Fernandez pitched 4.1 innings and gave up four hits, being the least of the pitching staff in game two. Fernandez also collected three strikeouts.

At the end of game two, the Lancers had collected 41 at bats, 16 hits, 10 runs and 10 RBIs.
 
The Lancers fell short of a third game win on Sunday, ending the afternoon with a score of 12-3.

Top hitters of the game were right fielder Sebastian Cazorla, shortstop Landon Schiffhauer and catcher Brody Sanders.

Cazorla went one for one, Schiffhauer went one for three, and Sanders finished the game going one for three with one run.

Top pitcher for the Lancers in game three was Nathan Kirouac who recorded 11 strikeouts and only allowing 5 earned runs.

The Lancers ended game three and the series against the Bantams with 31 at bats, six hits, three runs and two RBIs.
