USC Lancaster will compete in the NJCAA double elimination Region 10 Tournament in Lexington, South Carolina at Blowfish Stadium on May 1 through May 4.

In 2025, Florence Darlington Technical College won this tournament.

There are six teams competing this year. The Lancers will face USC Union in their first game of the tournament on Friday, May 1, but due to weather the start time is TBA.
Sophomore second baseman Zach West says the team has been preparing for this tournament.

"As a team we have prepared several ways with hitting and fielding but one thing we're doing as a team is staying calm under control and ready," said West.

Last year, West was injured and unable to play in the tournament, so this year he looks forward to being able to compete.

"It feels really good going into the tournament, especially since last year I got hurt and wasn't able to play in it. The group of guys we have are very prepared and ready to compete hard," said West.

West says he is looking forward to playing Gaston this weekend, as their last regular season series ended with tough losses of 5-4. 11-0 and 19-11.

He says the team is in great shape and is ready to take on this tournament and come out on top.

"One thing that will help us come out on top this weekend is playing together as a team and staying in the moment. I know all the guys are ready and can't wait to give it all we got," said West.
