Why did you choose USCL?

I chose USCL because it gave me the opportunity to continue my education while playing college volleyball. It also allowed me to stay close to home, receive a quality education in a supportive environment, and prepare for my future career in education.

What tip(s) or strategies would you have for a prospective student athlete thinking about coming to USCL?

Take advantage of the resources available to you and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Time management is one of the biggest keys to success as a student-athlete. Build relationships with your professors, coaches, and teammates. Remember that your experience is what you make of it.

What are your plans after USCL?   

After graduating from USCL, I plan to transfer to a four-year university to complete my bachelor’s degree in education while continuing to play volleyball. My long-term goal is to become an elementary school teacher and make a positive impact on students’ lives.
