Why did you choose USCL?

I chose USCL because I was looking for a smaller school that wasn’t too far from home, but far enough. Coming here on my tour everyone was just so nice and made me feel welcome.

What tip(s) or strategies would you have for a prospective student athlete thinking about coming to USCL?

Don’t be nervous. I know it’s easier said than done, but everyone is so welcoming and will make you feel a part of the team right off the bat.

What are your plans after USCL?   

To either continue to play volleyball somewhere or go to MUSC in Charleston to get my trauma certificate.

Other fun facts:

I’ve won 5 state championships (4 volleyball, 1 basketball), my sister is my all-time best friend, and I just learned how to wink like last year.
