Why did you choose USCL? 

I chose USC Lancaster because a junior college offers a more relaxed environment and helps build confidence. The coach is friendly and positive, and the school combines the personal atmosphere of a small campus with the benefits of a larger university. Additionally, there are many international students, which makes it easier to feel at home as a student from abroad. 

What tip(s) or strategies would you have for a prospective student athlete thinking about coming to USCL? 

My advice would be to stay open-minded, work hard, and not be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. It can be a big change, especially as an international student, but the experience is worth it. I would also recommend communicating with your coach and teammates and taking advantage of all the opportunities USC Lancaster offers. 

What are your plans after USCL?    

My plan is to transfer to Howard University, where I want to study Computer Science and continue playing soccer. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I would like to pursue a master’s degree in either Spain or the Netherlands.
