Calhoun brings more than 12 years of experience in collegiate administration to USCL. She most recently served as Assistant to the Athletic Director at Winthrop University. Before her time at Winthrop, she was the Assistant Director of Athletics Administration at Duquesne University. She began her career in college athletics on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, working as the Sport Administration Championships Assistant for the Eastern College Athletic Conference.
 
In her role at University of South Carolina Lancaster, Calhoun provides academic support and guidance to all student-athletes. She collaborates with campus partners to organize events throughout the academic year, ranging from mentorship initiatives to stress-management seminars. She also serves as the primary liaison between faculty and the athletics department.
 
Originally from Pennsylvania, Calhoun graduated in 2011 from Saint Vincent College. As a four-year starter for the Bearcats women’s volleyball team, she earned four all-conference honors, served as team captain, and still holds the program’s single-season digs record with 667.
Natalie lives in Lancaster with her husband, Nick, their twin sons, Parker and Weston, and two dogs, Sidney and Sox.
