The Lancers head to Daytona Beach, Florida to compete in the Southeast District Championship on Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31. In the past three years, the women's soccer team has lost to national champions or national runners-up in this event, so they are looking for a breakthrough year. If they win this tournament, they will head to the national championship.

The USC Lancaster women's soccer team's record over the last three years is 39-10-2, and 8 of those losses are to that season's national champion or a top five team in the country.
